WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE A CUSTOMER?
HOW TO MAKE INTERNAL SERVICE HAPPEN IN YOUR ORGANIZATION
Do your employees think of their co-workers as customers? They should. In order for your organization to achieve its goals everyone on the team must deliver superior service to each other. It's just like a relay race in the Olympics; if you drop the baton pass, the whole team loses. If you aren't serving the customer, you'd better be serving someone who is. Learn the three building blocks of the internal customer service process and some basic first steps in how to create a culture of service in your organization.
This month's BAHRMA chapter meeting will be held this Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. The location for the meeting will be The Main Event in Webster (located just behind Cheddar's American Grille). (Note: 2012 meetings will be on a new schedule)

Based in Houston, Texas, Peggy Morrow is a speaker, author, trainer and facilitator. Her firm, Peggy Morrow & Associates, specializes in highly customized programs, team retreats, workshops and facilitations as well as development of strategic customer service plans.
For over twenty-eight years she has served such clients as NASA, Houston Texans, Rockets and Astros, SHRM, HR Houston, The Texas Medical Center, Kroger, Rice University, International Customer Service Association, IKEA, the Cities of Nassau Bay, Friendswood, Houston, and others. Author of four books and other learning aids, she is also a columnist for the BBB of Houston and South Texas and has published over 500 articles on customer service and management.
